2. Fair Use & Consumption-Based Deductions

While we provide a generous refund window, our software includes premium features—specifically Automatic Transcription and Automatic Translation—that incur significant direct costs from our AI providers the moment they are used.

To prevent abuse of these services and cover our operational costs, the following consumption-based deductions will be applied to your refund amount if you have utilized these features prior to canceling:

• Automatic Transcription: A fee of $0.05 per minute of audio/video transcribed will be deducted from your total refund.
• Automatic Translation: A fee equal to 50% of the incurred translation costs (based on standard usage rates) will be deducted from your total refund.

Please Note:

• These deductions are capped at the total value of your subscription. You will never be charged more than the amount you originally paid.
• If your calculated usage costs exceed the subscription price, your refund amount will be $0.00.
• If you have not used the transcription or translation features, you will receive a 100% full refund.
