This documentation follows a latest-only model: pages describe current behavior, and this changelog summarizes notable updates.

Changelog policy​

  • Capture major workflow/UI/feature updates that affect user operations.
  • Document deprecations with the replacement workflow.
  • Keep route/slugs stable where possible; note breaking navigation changes when unavoidable.
  • Keep granular implementation history in source control while this page highlights user-impacting deltas.

Entry format (recommended)​

For each entry include:

  1. Date
  2. Area(s) affected
  3. What changed
  4. Required user action (if any)
  5. Related docs links

Release note quality checklist​

  • Wording reflects current app behavior.
  • Menu paths and feature names match current UI.
  • Any plan/environment gating is explicitly stated.
  • Related pages are cross-linked.

Current documentation status​

  • Docusaurus latest-only migration is active.
  • Core and Phase 2 task-based sections are being expanded from code-verified and transcript-informed workflows.
